My son has cleared all the subjects in his B.Tech except the first year maths which he is unable to clear in spite of many attempts. We are keeping tuition masters, etc.
To be frank with you, he doesn’t seem to be focussed while studies and not serious. I think that’s the reason why even our efforts (by way of cash) are becoming futile.

I had joined a good college. But, I am not able to adjust there. It means I’m not able to understand those topics which they teach us daily. By coming home I read those topics but I’m not able to remember.
Even while giving seminar I’m not able to talk. I don’t know why? But, I had already given many times in my previous college.

I am studying in 10 STD. I am the school topper but now-a-days, I am not getting the results as per my hard work. I even get 6 out of 10.

I am writing this on behalf of me and my colleagues. The problem is in my office. All my colleagues except few of us had gone to on-site for training in my current job. But, only for us they cancelled the on-site training opportunity.
It’s becoming difficult for us to maintain the day-to-day job as we are not aware of the real infrastructure and knowledge from the core people working on this technology. Please suggest some remedies.

I am chanting “Ambika Anaadhi Nithanaa Ashwaroodaa Aparaajithaa” as many times for my daughter to do really well in her 10th board.
She is hardworking but very sensitive and gets tensed. In her 1st exam (Maths) yesterday she started really well but got panicked in the last section and may have lost marks.
She is now very nervous and needs more confidence to do well in all the other exams. Please guide me and let me know what I should do for her so she regains confidence and excels in all of the other subjects.

Losing the bird on-hand

I am a final year student. My exams are from next Wednesday. I did my preparations. But, I know it’s not enough. As since this is the final year, I want to score very good marks.
The reason of my lack of preparations is my state of mind. I keep on visualizing me as getting a good job and everything set as I want in life!
At first it felt very good. Meaning due to family problems, I used to be very depressed. However, after visualizing the good future, I started feeling relieved.
Now this thing has been really addictive. I used to do that when depressed and dejected. But now, when I sit for study, I don’t study as my mind like to imagine and visualize my happy future. It’s like an automatic shifting of my mind.
It’s like there are two “me” – one wanting to study and the other not wanting. Every time, there is a duel going on inside my mind. Now a day, it’s getting even worse.

This is the problem with all of us. Instead of concentrating on things on hand, we always think about future, our wants, and spoil the work on hand.
